Shipping policy

At JiViSa, we make sure your wellness essentials reach you smoothly and on time. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process:

1. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

  • All orders placed before 2 PM (Monday – Saturday) will be dispatched the next day.

  • Orders placed after 2 PM or on Sundays/public holidays will be dispatched within 48 hours.

  • Delivery timeframe: 5-7 working days from dispatch (between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday – Saturday, excluding public holidays).

2. Delivery & Signature Requirements

  • Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery.

  • If you are unavailable, please arrange for someone (family, colleague, neighbor) to receive it. However, JiViSa is not responsible for orders signed by an alternative person.

  • Some courier partners may require an OTP for delivery completion. The OTP will be sent to the phone number used during order placement.

3. Shipping Charges & Claims

  • COD orders will incur an additional charge of β‚Ή79.

  • Shipping and handling charges vary based on product type, size, packaging, and location. Charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.

  • JiViSa is not responsible for damage after delivery.

  • Any claims for shortages or damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery via email at hello@jivisa.inor by calling +91 97606 03994.

4. Additional Notes

  • Orders placed on Sundays will be dispatched within 48 hours.

  • Public holidays & offer days are excluded from standard dispatch timelines.
