At JiViSa, we make sure your wellness essentials reach you smoothly and on time. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process:
1. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

All orders placed before 2 PM (Monday β Saturday) will be dispatched the next day.

Orders placed after 2 PM or on Sundays/public holidays will be dispatched within 48 hours.

Delivery timeframe: 5-7 working days from dispatch (between 10:00 AM β 6:00 PM, Monday β Saturday, excluding public holidays).
2. Delivery & Signature Requirements

Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery.

If you are unavailable, please arrange for someone (family, colleague, neighbor) to receive it. However, JiViSa is not responsible for orders signed by an alternative person.

Some courier partners may require an OTP for delivery completion. The OTP will be sent to the phone number used during order placement.
3. Shipping Charges & Claims

COD orders will incur an additional charge of βΉ79.

Shipping and handling charges vary based on product type, size, packaging, and location. Charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.

JiViSa is not responsible for damage after delivery.

Any claims for shortages or damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery via email at hello@jivisa.inor by calling +91 97606 03994.
