Ingredients:


1 cup of water

1 green tea bag or 1 teaspoon of loose-leaf green tea

Instructions:


  1. Begin by bringing a pot of water to a boil. Just be sure to that water is not boiled too much, as that can scald the tea and affect its flavor.
  2. Once the water is boiling, turn off the heat and add the green tea bag or loose-leaf tea to the pot.
  3. Let the tea steep for 2-3 minutes, depending on your desired strength.
  4. Remove the tea bag or strain the loose-leaf tea and pour the brewed tea into a mug.
  5. Optional: add honey, lemon, or other desired ingredients to taste.
